Delivery: 

Once an order is fulfilled and shipped, it’s delivered to the end address. As soon as your order has been shipped to your address, you will receive an email about it. We cooperate with carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DPD, DHL, to provide you with the best shipping experience. Our white-label tracking page combines the details of these carriers to make it easier for you to follow packages.

You'll be able to track your order in the "Shop" app from Shopify. You can download it from Google Play and Apple Store.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
